A classic, three ingredient peanut butter cookie loved by many! Naturally gluten free (as long as your peanut butter is, be sure to check!), and flourless but lacking none of the fluffy soft texture or bold peanut butter flavor.
Tried and True Goodness in Three Ingredients
These peanut butter cookies have been a staple in our kitchen for years. Now, I can’t take credit for the recipe. It’s one of those classic, tried-and-true favorites that’s been passed around for ages — simple, reliable, and loved by just about everyone who’s tried them.
For me, it’s extra special because my mom was the one who first made them for me. She’s been baking these cookies for a while now, and every time I make them now, they’re gone in a flash. The best part? They only take three ingredients and they’re naturally gluten-free (be sure to double check your peanut butter!)— no fuss, no flour, just sweet peanut buttery goodness.
